Arbitration and mediation - The partners in the firm serve as arbitrators and mediators both at the firm and at the Israeli Institute of Commercial Arbitration (named after the late Professor Smadar Ottolenghi). Attorney Boaz Raveh also serves as a mediator in files referred for mediation by the Supreme Court. Attorney Shai Raveh is qualified to serve as an ENE (early neutral evaluation) mediator by the Ministry of Justice. Other attorneys at the firm are qualified as mediators.
