In the corporate area - We give ongoing advice to companies, cooperative associations, partnerships and societies. The service includes the establishment of corporations – combining the commercial negotiations, drafting of documents and registration, ongoing management of the corporation vis-à-vis the Registrar of Companies / Societies / Registrar of Cooperative Associations and other authorities to the extent needed.
Cooperative associations – we provide an ongoing service for the management of the association, advising and assisting the local committee and members, including the arrangement of various matters vis-à-vis the authorities and the Israel Lands Administration, including handling the application of resolutions of the Israel Lands Council for a change of designation of agricultural land – residential extensions and so on.
